Absolution
Unter Null is my favorite Electronic singer. I love everything she sings.
The Remixes
I find myself getting pulled into this album easily. Endtime and Prophecy do not appear on TFE. The Mnemonic mix is mellow and laid back, Disgrace is a reinterpretation of "You Have Fallen From Grace" and Endtime has groovy hooks mixed with Erica Dunham's signature hissing, deadly vox. Prophecy gives pause for a moment for Unter Null to stew in the hate after picking up the pace in the track. The Schlaut remix is a strong track on it's own, and the Raining Blood version of Prophecy is a much more stompy version of the original. XP8 brings an almost dace floor feel to Endtime, and This Is Your End rounds out the album with almost "bouncy" sounding track. "Bouncy" in the way of rubbing somebody's face off on a sidewalk. Overall, not a bad purchase, especially if you're a fan of Unter Null. As a first purchase for her work, I'd go with TFE to get a better appreciation of her overall feel and musical ability.
