Very nice...
I have never heard of this band, and obviously no one has... But they're music is actually very nice. Rock, of course, with a pretty good vocalist and solid songs. Some may be better than other, but I still enjoy every song at some degree.
Expert EP
Matenrou Opera never fails to thrill their fans with intriguing and complex rock. Hiai to Melancholy features a powerful and catchy melody, with a notable performance from keyboardist Ayame. Faust leans heavily on Ayame as well to provide a gothic organ backing, and despite having a rolling tempo in the refrain, is a headbanger the rest of the way. Vocalist Sono belts an impressive last note, so look out for it! The EP closes with Lawn Daisy, a refreshing, poppier exit to a dark CD. Acedia is bound to be stuck in your head from the first time you hear it. Don't miss out on the next big band in visual kei!
