An excellent acoustic set
John Cooper, an Ithaca NY native presents this offering of original tunes for acoustic guitar. The whole collection is thoroughly enjoyable as either your soundtrack for the day or as a focused listening effort. His style is reminiscent of fellow picker Phil Keaggy, and the songs are vary in style from the jam-rock inspired "Dead Giveaway" to the bluesy "DADGAD Blues". Throughout the themes are at once memorable and quite enjoyable. Sit down, relax with a cup of warm tea and give it a listen.
