Customer Reviews

rocks the party

I'd recommend any of their studio albums before this. But that doesn't mean this doesn't kick arse. A good mix of old and new material plus a great pixies cover. Due to the previous ignorant review posted on here by what I assume to be a future military runt / overweight emo-tard / closet case; I must state that BURY YOUR DEAD is a tween marketed band making music for wrestling fans and hot topic shoppers. I'd think even at 14 years old you'd have better taste and consideration.

Les Savy Fav....is for lovers

true story. If you ever felt like you wanted to fall in love, go see them first. This album is alive with the bare essence of the live show....you must see them live to kno love

Who needs the visual?

Ok so you can't see Tim's hairy back on an mp3 but this the next best thing. I saw Les Savy Fav at the Neumos in Seattle in November with the Dodos and yes you need to see them live but Track 10(Tim Speech) is worth the price of a Les Savy Fav show. This recording makes you feel like your there and I'm sure Tim was weird at this New Years show than ever. There are some great covers from Pixies, Misfits, NIrvana and Creedence. I played this at my office and made me feel like I was there. My only complaint was they didn't have Kiss Kiss Is Getting Old but I'm getting greedy. What more do you want?
