Whether it’s the shrinking attention span of most people, or his successful prior EP of six songs, or simply the belief that all good things come in six-packs, Blake Shelton is on to something good. All About Tonight picks right up where Hillbilly Bone left off — raising hell and wooing women. All the Nashvegas polish and shine in Music City couldn’t clean the grit off the title-track. “All About Tonight” kick-starts like a nitty-gritty roadhouse rocker with Shelton musing on his hangover and how he has to shake it off so he can get back to honky-tonkin’ after the sun goes down. “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking” downshifts into ballad territory, as he tries to get inside the mind of the woman who has his heart. But things get really hot when Shelton’s fiancé Miranda Lambert chimes in on “Draggin’ the River,” a twang-rocking duet loaded with rootsy instrumentation that plays cutely on their relationship. The dramatic “Suffocating” proves that the duo can harmonize on a romantic serenade as well as they do the sassy call-and-response thing

All about Blake
Country music is becoming all about Blake Shelton who seem to be successfully straddling the fence between traditional country and a more modern country sound. Hats off to him for putting out such great music. Newcomer to look out for is Tyler Barham whose EP out sold a lot of big name artist it’s first week out.

Blake's always been great and this one topped it off! Buy it, buy it, buy it, buy it! He just keeps getting better and better! Every song is worth it! And Miranda and Blake sound amazing together!
