iTunes Review
For a guy who really did have death hanging over him, Tupac Shakur sounds no more troubled than usual on All Eyez on Me, his sort-of swan song. (It was the rapper’s final release before his September 1996 death, though his catalog, of course, would continue to grow.) If anything, he seems more resolute than ever to ride the gangsta dream down. The old cautions that young wannabes might reconsider the lifestyle are missing from the double album’s two-plus hours, unless you count the AIDS drama of “Wonda Why They Call U Bitch.” “2 of Amerika’s Most Wanted,” a duet with new Death Row labelmate Snoop Dogg, alternates descriptions of a great party and the vow that “I keep my hand on my gun ’cause they got me on the run.” Moments of real peace — a rumbling remix of the Dr. Dre/Roger Troutman collabo “California Love” the most notable — are few and far between on this street tract.

Please put ALL of 2pac's albums on itunes
itunes needs all of 2pac's albums. Everyone that likes 90's rap will buy them if you put them on itunes. I am glad that All Eyes On Me was finally put on itunes, but it is an insult to 2pac to have some partial albums. Get all of his albums!
All Eyez On 2Pac
2Pac is by far the greatest rapper in history, and this is the best album I have ever heard. This album went 9x Platinum and almost every track could have been on 2Pac’s Greatest Hits album. From 2Pac's poetic lyrics and Dr. Dre's bad a** righteous beats, this album is hands down the greatest rap album ever made. This album includes the radio Platinum hits: 2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted, Heartz Of Men, How Do You Want It, Ambitionz Az A Ridah, California Love, Picture Me Rollin’, I Ain't Mad At Cha, No More Pain, and ALL Eyez On Me. Also including the most successful and famous rappers of all time: Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Nas, E-40, Outlawz, Method Man, and Kurupt. 2Pac may have come from New York, but he makes it clear in this album that he loves and claims California and the West Coast. This is real California Love sh**t right here! Westside!!!!
All Love To 2Pac
Notably 2Pac's most famous album, All Eyez on Me was recorded in the period of just 2 weeks. Most of the smash hits feature 2Pac's usual style and content, but there's more to this album than radio hits. Sure, Dr. Dre provides great beats for "California Love (Remix)" and "Can't C Me", but one must remember that 2Pac and Dre were hardly on good terms for most of their respective careers. (Go listen to Makaveli - "To Live and Die in L.A." off The Don Killuminati - The 7 Day Theory if you want proof.) Their cooperation on this album was short lived and unfortunately only for profits. Meanwhile, the rest of the album should recieve more attention. Johnny J produces great beats for "How Do U Want It", "All Eyez On Me", and Daz Dillinger also provides some high energy beats. While the whole album has many guest appearances, they add to 2Pac's material, not subtract from it, and thus this should be regarded as one of the greatest albums ever created in any genre, not only rap. 2Pac raps from his heart, expressing his love for the streets, tributes to lost friends and the dominance of the West Side. However, one must also remember that this is where 2Pac's career started to change. While for the better in regards to his music, it unfortunately also led to his demise. After this album, Dr. Dre and 2Pac had a falling out, and 2Pac also began expressing his hate for the East Coast, particulary Puff Daddy and his Bad Boy label, along with the Notorious B.I.G. Finally, he created Makaveli - The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, which is perhaps 2Pac's most emotional album, after the creation of which he was killed. This album is one of the best albums ever created, deserving every award it ever won, and should be bought by everyone, whether for 2Pac's hit singles or for the "diamonds in the rough", songs not individually recognized but each as powerful and amazing as the man who wrote them.
