Rediscovering... Yep, still great!

I overplayed this CD for a long time about a year ago. It's been sitting, untouched in my iTunes library, so I figured I'd listen to it. I still love it! It's beautiful and I love the acoustics. I'm a little dissapointed with No Really, I'm Fine, their new album-- their sound changed from this to mainstream, or at least trying to be. I admit, I do like the new album, but not as much as this one.

deep and emotional. beatiful acoustic guitars.

I got this album awhile while I was going through some hard times with my family, and it help me so much. One listen to The Tide and I can feel Nick (the singer)'s emotion go through me and I got chills through my body and I just started crying. The song is about a mother neglecting her 3 children. One of my favorite songs ever.

The rest of the album is amazing too, but The Tide is deffinetly the highlight of all the songs. All the song have relaxing melodies and beautiful acoustic guitars, which mix nicely with deep lyrics and passionate singing.

PERFECTTT

Ok, By far spill canvas is the best band i think i have ever heard. His voice is way diffrent from your normal 'alternative' bands. They lyrics are amazing and the guitar is perfect. I will forever be a huge fan. and i love it. I think that they are vastly under rated.
