great band!
this band keeps improving! they have worked so hard and i like them alot. also, they are really good live. so, if they come in your town. you should definintly go see them! :)
Solid Pop/Rock Action!
This is the epitome of a pop album made for tough guys. The guitars power and chug their way through the songs, led by strong vibrant drumming. The lyrics mainly deal with dudes scamming and dumping hot chicks, the vocals are passionate and edgy. Yet beneath all the testosterone lies a pretty poppy record. The melody lines and hooks seem almost sugar coated at times like the hard rock candy is being sprinkled with some cinammon. And while most bands who add more pop to their rock recipies tend to overdo it and alienate fans, Stay seem to have followed the Bro-Code perfectly and managed to straddle both the rock and pop realms with deft precision!
THIS ALBUM IS FANTASTIC
Just saw them perform at a little club in Lee's Summit, MO; their drummer had broken his hand and they played an acoustic set! It was AWESOME!! Would love to see the full show! This new album is EXCELLENT!!
