Oversinging at it's finest
He really should have been on Christina's team. He over sings as much as she does. Having a voice like his is a gift but learning to control it seems to be impossible for these people.
Can't fault the voice or the talent, but...
...my biggest problem with Javier is that he seems to forget what he's singing about, and just kicks into "showing-off-his-voice" mode. The guy can flat-out sing, but he doesn't need to "flat-out" nearly as often as he does. Feel the words more, Javier, and you could win it all. Otherwise, you're just a show-off with great pipes.
