Surprisingly Fresh Blues Sound in NYC
I first saw Chris Bergson perform at Garage in NYC. The music's pace, rhythms, and lyrics are interesting and provide great listening as both foreground & background music. The band's music keeps me mellow during hectic travel days. See them live and buy their tunes - its worth it.
Great Live - and the albums don't dissapoint either
I saw the band at Highway 99 Blue's Club in Seattle - outstanding guitar, vocal and saxaphone work that translates well to the studio albums. If you get the chance to see them, don't miss it. In the meantime, I suggest buying both albums.
