Album Review

Perpetually perturbed comedian Lewis Black returns for this 2008 Comedy Central album. Recorded before a delighted live audience, Anticipation gives Black a chance to vent about the mental vacancy of “Golfers” and ponder the absurdity of certain Christmas delicacies on “Xmas Half-Time.” For fans for the ever-enraged funnyman, the concert serves up a fine dose of Black humor.

Crazy old f***er

Wow. I've seen all of his comedy shows, and yet still he hasn't changed one bit. He's one of those few comedians who stay true to what they belive in and say, and and yet somehow never seem to get old... well, boring. Hope he lives another 15 more years.

Good, but not his best.

I am a HUGE Lewis Black fan but, in all honesty, this is not as good as some of his other CD's. This CD is still amazing but I definitely found some of his other CD's more humorous.

Black graduated from the Yale Drama School and worked for a...
