The Broadway cast recording of the Roundabout Theater Company’s acclaimed 2011 revival of Anything Goes captures the wit, sparkle and style of Cole Porter’s music with fresh imagination. The musical’s unforgettable songs have rarely sounded as vibrantly alive as they do in this production directed by Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall. Sutton Foster’s brassy, heartfelt performance as tough-gal evangelist Reno Sweeney is worth the price of admission alone. Broadway legend Joel Grey (as lovable gangster Moonface Martin), Colin Donnell (as romantic stockbroker Billy Crocker) and Laura Osnes (as dreamy-eyed heiress Hope Harcourt) all have their show-stopping moments as well. Every song gets the royal treatment, from famous tunes like “Anything Goes,” “I Get a Kick Out of You” and “Blow, Gabriel, Blow” to neglected gems like “Be Like the Blue Bird” and “The Gypsy In Me.” If you’re a fan of Porter — or of great musical theater in general — this soundtrack is not to be missed.

Just buy it. It's amazing.

What a Treat!

This production of Anything Goes brings back some of the most iconic songs from the American songbook. Sutton Foster gives a fresh and exciting sound to songs we've heard endless number of times.

Her voice is so clear and powerful! She is a wonderful actress, singer, dancer and comedienne. What a joy to be able to re-live this show through this cast recording.

Highly recommend it.

It's De-Lovely!

An absolutely stellar cast led by the amazing Sutton Foster, who was born to play the lead role of Reno Sweeney. Saw this revival on Broadway in July and it was wonderful. This recording is a must for any fan of classic Broadway - and for new fans to be re-introduced to this great Cole Porter score.
