Alterna-Rock At Its Best
I first heard of Shapes Of Race Cars when the song "Captain" showed up in a Veronica Mars episode. The song "Captain" and all other songs on this EP showcase what SoRC are all about: cohesive lyrics, catchy beats and a lot of heart.

An indie band out of Silverlake, CA, that mixes a garage rock edge with radio-friendly melodies and a grunge sensibility, Shapes of Race Cars were formed after singer, guitarist, and songwriter Dylan Callaghan dissolved his previous band, Champion, and began working with bassist Dale Zyla and drummer Josh Grolemund.
