Still good...but not the same

This is still a really good album, but it's not the JBT of past. It seems much more studio and much less organic jam. I LOVE this band. I have seen them over 100 times...but...this album is not the same powerhouse that I am used to...

That said...It is still a very good album.

JBT Does it Again!

When I heard the single from this album a little while back, I wasn't sure if I was going to like the new direction the band was heading with their sound, however now that I've had a chance to hear the full album, I have to say I'm impressed as usual. They have managed to evolve in a way that brings their endless musical creativity to a whole new level without losing that same old JBT sound that we all know and love. I have loved the unique sound of this band ever since I first heard their song Zebra on a campus TV station when I was a freshman in college. For anyone who likes JBT, this is a must have for your collection. Anyone who hasn't checked out this band yet needs to cop this album a.s.a.p. cause you're missing out! Thanks John Butler Trio for another great album just in time for summer (this one won't leave my car cd player for a while!).

Buzz kill

I was disappointed by the album. Definately not te same jb3 of old. I can see it eventually growing on me but at the moment I just can't dig it
