At Ease
Heartwarming, soothing streams of sound currents. In particular, the piece "Shambhala Moon" opens me to a widening embrace of the cosmos. I listened over and over to its simultaneously lighthearted, skipping footsteps and its embodiment of profound gratitude for our brief time living during the last months of a beloved aunt's dying. The melody and rhythm and vocalization helped me experience living and dying as both natural and healthy aspects of existence, while I accompanied this dear soul through her passage.
AMAZING!
This album is amazing. My son listened to it while he was away at boarding school, it seemed to really calm him down and keep him zen. I would highly recommend this album to anybody with stress or anger issues or if you just want to relax with some awesome music

it is not just listening to a song it is letting yourself breath it in. You'll find that you can become intact with yourself. This song is beautiful and alows you to do it.
