At Night We Live is the ultimate FAR album for both new and old fans alike. The album is true to the music and emotion that FAR is known for, and is built on some scorching songs that include Dear Enemy, Deafening, and Burns, while bringing home the essence of emotion with songs like At Night We Live and When I Could See. It is a MUST OWN for any music collection.
Comparing this album to anything that FAR has recorded in the past is like comparing a brand new Ferrari to a classic Ferrari, both are great, and one isn't better than the other, they are just different. Without reservations, I can safely give this album 5 stars, even owning everything this band has ever recorded (including the original demo tapes).
I have waited for 18 years for this band to have THE album that bridges all the gaps of fan bases while staying true to the music, enough for the mainstream, but not a sellout, and this album is a total success. I just saw them live in Phoenix, AZ last night and they BLEW IT UP with the new material and some killer classics.
This band is for real, this album is legit, and you need to buy it.
