Album Review

The first effort from Billy Idol's former guitarist is just as flashy as his work with Idol, but also some great bluesy songs.

Customer Reviews

Love this album

Love this album. A buried treasure from the 80s. All the speed and intensity of the shredders but with songs that are much more fun and less self indulgent. Not a bad song on it.

Amazing Guitar Playing... Great Songs

Amazing stuff here, this album demonstrates Steve Stevens amazing talent. Every solo just grabs your attention and holds it out all the way through. Not only are the songs and playing great, but his guitar tone has to be the best I've heard since Van Halen I. Also check out Vince Neil's solo album Exposed, which features even more hooks, and amazing guitar playing by Steve.

Why am I the first to review this album?! Steve is an unbelievable virtuoso and there is always a gem on his albums that will blow my mind. Now they just need to get Flamenco a go go on I tunes so people can really hear this guy play!!! Check out Run Across Desert Sands here to see what I mean! That is H.R. Gigers' artwork on the cover too, my favorite artist.
