Thom Yorke 08'!!!

This guy will never get old in my book. Black Swan 1 makes more of a great road trip music while Black swan 2 would be great @ 2am in the club. Love the percussions on Atoms too. Need to add this to my joomystique.com playlist!

Classic Thom

Just quick... The vibe carries depth that sinks you into a mellow mood. Darkness and pale light.

Predictable

This album follows the predictable pattern of any "remix." In short, you get 3 songs that loop the "artists" favorite parts with gradual, planned, predictable dynamics and transitions. Thom Yorke as a musician is interesting to listen to because you're never sure where his songs will end up. What you hear in the beginning is not what you hear at the end. This album however is a mockery of creativity. What you hear during your 30 second sample is what you hear for 7 minutes. I think this swan guy should study the music theory behind Radiohead a little more; he's taken music that's unique and abstract and turned it into any other remix that targets the musically inclined market. I haven't heard anything this bad since the techno remix of Samual Barber's "Adagio for Strings."
