I consider myself relatively educated in the area of music, having both played and written. I enjoy so many genres that I feel to list them all is meaningless. I just like music for the reason that most others do: because it sounds great or the lyrics touch a chord inside. Joe's music has the unique ability to do both of those. In some cases you are so emersed in the lyrics that you lose track of the music. In other instances, the confluence of instruments makes you ask yourself if you are listening to reggae, rock, southern rock, jazz or soul all in the same song. I own music from the biggest stars in history - from the Beatles to the Boss and everything in between. Joe's CD is one of very few that I can throw in and listen to the entire cd at any time, and it instantaneously puts me in another happy place, in another happy time. This is the true essence of feel good music. Whether you are listening to the very poignant lyrical masterpiece, "I Do Agree", or the laid back beach feel of "Singing of Love", they all are made with true artistic ability. Joe seemingly likes the fact that his music is authentic, and it shows in its delivery. I whole-heartedly suggest this cd to any fan of multidimensional music that moves the soul.
