Baby John Mayer
I LOVE the idea of taking favorite artists and rendering their music utilizing any number of variations - be it baby music, symphony renditions, unplugged, revamped, super amped, third world country intsrumentation, jungle instrumentation; ANYTHING! Why? Because when you truly love an artist, you love what they have written, and in loving the songs, you can listen forever. In this case, it is John Mayer, one of my favorites, although tribute albums have been created for many great artist. This genre should have its own section in any music index, and I suggest, "Renditions." That way I could search for an infinite number of renditions and find them, which isn't always easy to do when you search an artist, as the renditions frequently are filed completely differently due to skewed titles, compilations, and, of course, different album artists. I believe the music industry should label any artistic variations by other artists as a rendition rather than simply by the music genre, which is how many of these come up on searches. If I could buy the renditions that exist for my favorite artists, I would buy many of them (you can bet I have EVERYTHING ORIGINAL by my favorite artists as soon as they come out, but renditions are always second fiddle). Renditions tend to be difficult to search in ANY store or online music exchange, and I'm thinking artists and/or record labels want it that way, so I am glad that I found this one. Hey, itunes, I love you, but how about a renditions category for easier searching? YOU COULD BE THE FIRST MUSIC SOURCE that has a dedicated search to every variation of songs by an artist, so even the many renditions that have different titles and artists, which MOST of them have, would be easier to find and therefore purchase. Ch-ching! Money for you and joy for me! Thanks!

When I have a baby he/she's gonna listen to lullaby versions of Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Van Morrison, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, and John Mayer!!! :)
Very calming
I have played this album for both of my infants and seems to calm them right down. We also use it as background music so if they wake they hear the familiar sound and go back to sleep. I love this album because I love the original songs so I don't get tired of hearing them as a lullabye.
