David Sanborn Bum's Cathedral
Classic David Sanborn, Backstreet mixes smooth melodic tunes and songs with screaming sax over driving beats - great songs for a workout or a date out. Distinctly Sandborn with octave changes and improvisational riffs as the songs fades leaving you to wish they recorded 10 seconds longer.
Sanborn is king!
Sanborn is the king of all sax! His songs are edgy and fresh. Whenever I listen to a song like "Believer" I just shake my head and ask how can he be so good? He is incredible, there is no one who can hold a candle to Sanborn. There may be others that are good, but no one comes close to him. It all begins and ends with him. If you want a great compliation album another great one is "The best of David Sanborn", it covers all the great songs in one. Bravo David!
