Many gems on this album!

The sound of the album is surprisingly consistent, compared to Ed Hale's output with his alt-rock group Transcendence. With no electric guitars, the whole acoustic arrangement of the songs are both great and interesting. The good news is there is still enough variety that I wouldn't be surprised if everyone had a different favorite song. The last song, "Never Let Me Go Again" is my personal favorite.

omg, where do i start?! springsteen, yorn, u2, beatles..ed hale. it's hip, now, chill, palatable and creative. i love it in my livingroom. i can turn it on in yoga class and leave it on. i can play it at a dinner party. ageless. timeless. bottom line, great friggin music. just great music.

An amazing sunday morning record

This album is as soothing as it is heartwrenching. Hale will smash your heart to peices and then coat the broken peices in gooey elmers glue just one song later. THis album gives me chills and makes me want to pick up a guitar and make better music. Ed Hale is a master songwriter and he gives a real clinic here.. 5 stars!!!
