Album Review
Released in 2009, Barracuda is the fourth studio album from Mexican experimental five-piece Kinky. Produced by Beastie Boys collaborator Money Mark and Chico Sonido, its 14 Spanish/English tracks, which include singles "Hasta Quemarnos" and "Those Girls," combine funk-rock with a dance-guitar sound that is much more club-oriented than their previous three LPs. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi

Make you move
Saw kinky at Austin city limits in Austin, Texas and they completely blew my mind. They stick to their roots but add electro-beats making them an amazing band to dance to. When seeing them I highly suggest wearing comfortable clothing because they will make you move.
Amazing work; It's not even funny how good they are !
All the tracks on this album are insanely good. From the disco beats of Masacre Sonica, to alternative sound of TachiMariPedonCocongo, Kinky are destroying the ears of all who hear their music (mine are still bleeding from the greatness). There is no doubt in my mind that they are one of the best Mexican bands of this Generation; right next to Molotov, fellow Monterey musicals Plastilina Mosh and other amzing bands who I haven't mentioned. I hope you all give this awesome album a chance and buy it, I did [thumbs up] !
