Amazing self released album!
"Battle of Life" says it all. This is from the gut. It's a personal battle that you don't just sit back and watch, but live on this album. The tracks are amazingly rich and full. The numerous layers tell your ears all the work that went into this. You can't help but cry out with Chris on "belong" and "you are". These are songs with heart that mean something.
This is the Next Best Album
While The Spill Canvas' "Sunsets and Car Crashes" is in my opinion the best album ever written, this one comes right next to it. I first had trouble warming up to it, but once I heard it twice...the amazing looping along with great poppy guiutiar rifffs and stops just jumped into my ear. You should buy this album. Just do it. :)
Great work....
I believe that not just this album, but all Chris' latest work since froming Deccatree has been very outstanding. Compared to his early work which is good in it's own way, I feel his new work has come a long way hbeading towards perfection. I highly recommend this album and any future work from Deccatree, I feel that their music reach out to the soul.
