the original 1977 Arista GREATEST HITS

This is the original Arista Records US-only 1977 GREATEST HITS, under a new title. The good thing about this LP is that you have the *original hit versions* of every hit to make the US charts. Also, two non-charting singles (MAYBE I'M A FOOL TO LOVE YOU and DON'T STOP THE MUSIC) are available only on this compilation in the iTunes store. The bad news is that the group's excellent UK and European smash hits are excluded. You can find those tunes (BYE BYE BABY, SHANG-A-LANG, etc.) in the iTunes store on Arista's DEFINITIVE COLLECTION.

With all the ridiculous and confusing re-recordings from this group floating around, be assured that you are safe with this album: ALL ORIGINAL RECORDINGS! Enjoy.
