Album Review
This spirited, crunchy guitar-driven party is certainly wild enough, but there's a very dated corporate rock feeling, as if guitarist Schenker and vocalist Chris Logan swiped a few outtakes from some old Journey or Bad English sessions. Appealing, sure, but hardly something new. Neal Schon would have a great time listening to the blistering solos on tracks like "Because I Can." One unique twist is that most rock outfits with this kind of intensity don't incorporate the spiritual values these Christian guys do. There's nothing too preachy, just lyrics about positive living in the face of temptations and honest spiritual doubts (about religious rules) on the punchy, rebellious closer "Eyes of a Child." Lots of fun, but only if you're in the mood for time traveling.

Another Excellent MSG Album!
I don't know who wrote the I Tunes review for this disc, but I totally disagree with him. This CD is VERY GOOD. And to reference Journey/Bad English is just ridiculous. Neal Schon was and still is a sell out, choosing record sales over recording music that rocks. Whereas Michael Schenker has always recorded what is important to him, not worrying about commercial success. However, about this disc, no MSG fan should be disapointed with this effort. As usual on most MSG recordings, there is a new signer on this disc. Chris Logan is a very capable signer and songwriter, and performs brilliantly here. It's just too bad that Michael can't seem to keep a signer in the fold for more than one or two albums. If he could have kept the core of a band together over the years, MSG could have been one of the biggest hard rock bands of all time. But that's something we'll never know. As far as the I Tunes reviewer is concerned, be a MAN and include your name with your reviews. Check out the following songs, and then down load the whole album, you won't be disapointed. This rocks! MICHAEL SCHENKER IS THE KING OF ROCK MELODIES AND RIFFS!
This is a good cd. But I recommend his cd's with vocalists like Phil Mogg, Gary Barden, Graham Bonnet, and Robin McAuley.

Michael will always be my favorite guitarest all his stuff is awesome ive met him and ive seen him live he's just a killer guy this album is like the rest flashy guitar and a killer beat check it out!
