Fun and Challenging
I am pretty out of shape, so I was a little hesitant to try this, thinking, "It's gonna be too hard and really corny." But after doing it once, I'm hooked! The songs are upbeat, sunny and fun -- like a beach party. And as silly as it sounds, the little affirmations were motivating and fun to hear. It was pretty hard for me, but I'm looking forward to doing the workout over and over which, is really the point, right?
Workout gets you sweating
I'd heard some of the Shwayze songs before and they are definitely fun and lighthearted, but this workout kicks serious butt. They aren't kidding they they say you'll be beach-body-ready! The lunges mid-workout are a thigh and butt burner for sure.
Totally surprising!
I wasn't sure what to expect but did this workout today and loved it. Cisco and Shwayze are funny and the workout was the perfect quick mix of cardio and training. Much more entertaining than working out on my own.
