Truly Amazing.
Jon McLaughlin is an amazing and talented artist. We've always known that. But this song has taken him to a whole new level. Not many artists can pull off so many great songs in a row. Indiana is so impressive and hard to top,so it's incredible for him to come back with a song as outstanding as Beating My Heart. All of his work has truly defined him as an exceptional artist.

I have loved jonmcl ever since I heard his very 1st EP. He is even more amazing live. If you see his name on a song don't even worry about previewing it, just buy it you'll love it!
Where'd Jon go?
I don't like the direction Jon's going in. Indiana was a very down to earth LP. And though this song is very good, his music video and picture depict a Jon very far removed from his original character. I hope he doesn't get sucked into the LA pretty boy category. He has too much talent to waste for that.
