Intimately Amazing
This album is amazing. The lyrics and musicianship contain such span and depth that this easily my favorite worship-oriented album of 2007. I wept the first time I listened to All I Have Is Yours. My jaw dropped the first time I listened to Brooks Ritter's vocals on Lead Us Back. There is ample reason that CT Magazine gave this album a perfect review and rating.
Best worship album of 2007!
You know how most worship albums only have a couple of good songs on them? Before the Throne is consistently good all the way throughout. I am blown away by the lyrics, the liturgical movements, and of course the musicianship shown on this album. Great job Sojourn!

Incredible. I can't stand most worship music, weither its my own bitterness or not, I just can't stand it. This record has struck something very deep inside me. It has silenced this critic's heart. Thanks for making something with musical integrity.
