Amazing!

For a band that has been together only a short time, the guys of Treaty of Paris put together an amazing album, and have an equally (perhaps even more) amazing live show. You heard it here first, these guys will be the next big thing out of Chicago!!

Yeah

I highly suggest getting this album. I saw these guys in concert in St. Louis on Jan. 14th, and basically it was the best thing to happen to me in my 17 year old life. I met the bassist and the lead singer, and they were awesome guys. But, as for the CD, Here Goes Nothing, Hello Nurse, and Rollerskates are the best songs. Here Goes Nothing is airwave ready, as are these guys. You will not regret getting this CD. You can say you knew them before they were famous, because they will be the next big thing out of the Chicago-scene.

"I want you in the worst way"

This is one of the best albums i've ever heard. I just saw these guys in concet on Saturday, and I was talking to Mike [lead singer/guitar] for a while after the show and aside from being great performers, they are amazingly nice people. Their music and lyrics are so relateable, i mean "i know you're listening so i don't mess this up" we've all been there before. I know they'll be really big someday, and I have peace in knowing that with them being so down to earth they deserve it the most, because they won't let it get to their head.

Biography

Formed: 2004 in Chicago, IL

Genre: Pop

Years Active: '00s

Playing tuneful pop/rock with a dash of punk-influenced energy, Treaty of Paris were formed in Chicago, IL, in late 2004. Launched by former members of popular local acts Saraphine and Empyrean, the group originally consisted of Mike Chorvat on lead vocals and guitar, Dan Wade and Phil Kosch on guitars, Brandon Capetillo on bass, and Scott Hoeft on drums. Before the bandmembers had settled on a name, they were asked to join the bill for a "secret" show, and came up with Treaty of Paris as a gag handle...
