Better Days Music Heard in TV Commercial
by Cats_R_FunI stopped cooking dinner and ran to the television when I heard the tune of Better Days by the Goo Goo Dolls used in an ad on televison. It's about time. What a brilliant piece of music. It made my day because someone in corporate america finally gets it.
My Auld Lang Syne
by Buttered Toast KidsI am just dumbstruck by the beauty and poignance of "Better Days". I heard this in a dance class (my teach played her iPod and this song) and was like "OMG GOTTA GET IT!" So I bought it, and almost wet my pants. the lyrics are so meaningful. Go Johnny Rzeznik! The lyrics are how I feel, too, so we're pretty much on the same boat. Buy this, if you don't, you are promoting hatred and cruelty to other people.
Also, I blasted this song from my bedroom window at the stroke of midnight on New Year's, and the whole neighborhood heard it. I cried as the song was playing, it's so beautiful!
