Wow you peope.
I am American, but I think this song is artistry. You people that think all the songs on iTunes should only be in English, there is something wrong with you. The whole world does not revolve around america's culture. You need to embrace the world and its music. English is not the only language in the world

Not My Mother Tongue
Even though I only speak English, I still enjoy non-English songs. Whether it's a German band like Kraftwerk; French artists like Yelle; or a Polish polka, I can appreciate the music behind the lyrics without fully understanding what the song might be about. Even the Beatles gave us great music with non-English vocals.
"Bien o Mal" from Julieta Venegas sounds like a great mood-boosting song. The vocals are clear, the music is pleasant, and the melody is happy. If I understood Spanish, I'm sure I'd draw more from this single. As it is, though, Venegas serves up a delightful distraction from the worries of everyday life, and "Bien o Mal" can lift even the palest of gringos above the mundane.
I gave the single three stars because I just don't see where the music is all that sophisticated (minus one star) and even though I don't know what the song is about, it sounds too much like generic pop music (minus another star). --PB

English is not the only language on the planet! just because you can't understand it doesn't mean u should rule it out entirely. I think this is a good song, and I'm looking into other music by her.
