<Headphones Required>
That should be in the description, but you need to wear headphones to experience any binaural beat's effect. This is not to be played through speakers. Excellent tones, my only gripe is that there is a gap between tracks (very distracting).
Soothing Tones
Good choice of soothing tones: Theta OM and Theta Kung. Using this binaural beat album, everyone can easily achieve a very deep, relaxed state of consciousness. Recommended to anyone seeking to reduce stress, expand their consciousness and experience the Shamanic Flight of the Soul.
pretty good
Good beats, with two major variations. I was hoping there were some beats to aid with sleeping (Delta waves) and there's not; Regardless, it's good for relaxation and meditation. I recommend it
