It's not "electro"!!!
It's a mix of hip hop, autechre style breaks and cosmic disco! Super amazing synth lines on this album, that truly blend well with the rest of the music. It never reaches above 100 bpms and is for anyone who enjoys "Studio" or any other bands of that type. You wont find any Ed Banger inspired electro crap on this album; it's pure bliss. Tirk as a label has been putting out some of the best cosmic inspired tracks of the year. Check out Chaz Jenkel's release and Sugar Daddy's super dark release as well.
Quirky Headnodding Electro!
If you like Dabrye's instrumentals, or Letrocet's "Positronic Migraine" or Gary Numan- you will love this stunning EP. Birds of Prey and Sleeping Bear particularly have filled that rare space between Electro, No Wave, and Hip Hop. Buy this EP and Pray that Architeq makes more of these tunes soon. Thanks Architeq!
