Great songs
The cd is great! I just bought it last night before seeing the hollywood show....... I was just hoping for more new songs that weren't on myspace for the past couple of years while waiting..... It has some really dark and cool songs though! Keep it EVIL Charles!
Best One Yet!
I'm trying to not get too fangirly when writing this review; but, what can I say? I love, love, love this album! I've been a Seraphim Shock fan for about 2 years (started a little late) and this is one band that I can honestly say has never disappointed me. Black Heart Revival just proves this all around. From the first song, Torn, to the last song, Make Believe, BHR takes you on a kickass musical journey that you would be crazy to miss. Two of my favorites are Torn and Goddamn Sinner, but honestly, I can pretty much say that about every song. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get this album...NOW!!!

This album takes Seraphim Shock back to what they are famous for, haunting lyrics, overlays, samples and Charles' vocal range. Kiss the Dead and Buried are so SS that it feels like their younger days and that is a GREAT thing.
