Waaay ahead of their time
In the early '90's was a melange of post '80's heavy hold-out bands that were beginning to be inspired by their creative and unrestrained hip hop cousins. Grunge was gestating and that added to the mix. What you got was a new sound the band used to call, "Groove Grunge". Juggernaut was as much influenced by Kyuss as they were by Red Hot Chili Peppers and Soundgarden and Faith No More. Stand out here are the lyrics of Mark Stone, thick guitar layers and pounding rhythms, Erick Fratzke on bass and the and band's songwriting. Anyone wishing for a head pulverizing shredfest should best download immediately!
