this is the best workout i've ever had

I'm blown away by this amazing workout program. I really needed something to motivate me but all the choices I'd researched were so confusing. I decided on this one because it sounded like it was the most flexible with regards to using my own music, which I'm fussy about. I was dubious, but for ten bucks I thought it was worth a try. WOW! It was a little intimidating at first, adding all my own songs, not knowing if I was doing it right, but I did and it was fun! I found some of my selections to be more successful than others and it was a breeze to go back into my iTunes and change my music around. I work so hard - I even have trainers in the gym complimenting me on how hard I'm working. I use this workout to support my yoga class workouts. I feel so good, and I feel like I have my own, private personal trainer!

much needed inspiration

I practice yoga pretty much every day and I am NOT a fan of running, but I really felt I needed to add some cardio to my routine. The iWeeve workout I bought (a playlist for running from the iWeeve website) provided much needed inspiration and motivation to get me going...I actually had a really great time working out! Playing around with my song selections has been fun too. All around a really rewarding experience that has reenergized my approach to exercise!

Found this at the iWeeve website. It works!
