Unbelievable!
I have been listening to hip/hop for about 5 years and I have never heard of anything so brilliantly written and spoken as this cd. Braille is a young guy, truley using his God-given gift to reach out to this broken world with hip/hop. If you aren't even a Christian and you want to hear good music from a young guy from Portland, OR.......buy this CD. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
It's about time
This album has some amazing beats, tons of live instrumentation, and great lyricism. It's true hip-hop at it's essence. An art that defies cultural, religous, and ethnic barriers. And the bass lines are dope!
Hip-Hop Masterpiece
Braille is one the most talented and inpirational artist in music today. He is a lyrical genious. Nobody can match the intensity and heart that he puts into his music. Braille is unafraid to be different than the cooker cutter hip-hop of mainstream. This album definetly gets better with each listen. The beats are ill, the flow liquid, the lyrics poetic fire. "Shades of Grey" is a classic. "Box of Ryhmes" is start to finish a masterpiece.
