Two Best Singers and Characters
All I can say is FINALLY. I have been waiting for a duet between these two for three years. They did not disappoint!

It doesn't seem possible that in 2 1/2 seasons, this is only the first Rachel/Santana duet. What a glaring missed opportunity. Lea Michele and Naya Rivera sound amazing together. Let's hope this is only the start of a new duet pairing!
A perfomance clinic from Naya & Lea
Naya's emotional and pitch-perfect delivery, Lea's desperate but hopeful soprano performance; Sondheim & Bernstein's music never sounded any better to me. Naya's vocal range continues to be a revelation to me. Lea, always strong, delivers a different kind of vocal that shows how much she has matured over the last three years. (Maybe her soprano was always this great and we just never had a chance to hear it.) BUT, I really believe that Adam Anders et. al must be credited with helping guide Lea and the rest of this cast into this kind of stellar performance. And again, credit goes to Sondheim & Bernstein's brilliant compositions. Just WOW.
