A wonderful journey for the heart, mind and spirit
BUDDHA GARDEN is a collection of wonderful melodies, interesting and engaging musicanship and a flow of musical pieces that not only sooth but also heal and inspire! As a creative person, this music inspires me to reconnect with my "inner garden", to dig up new ideas and most importantly, to never take life too seriously. This music plays on my computer at work almost nonstop, getting me through the speed-bumps of my day as well as keeping a smile on my face. There isn't a bad track to be found!
Peaceful and joyous, calming and uplifting
Every song on this album is filled with simple beauty. Some are more tranquil, others more buoyant (while still laid back). Each is a unique gem with an underlying sense of joy. You can't go wrong if you purchase any individual track. I certainly have my favorites (namely Flowering and Most Beautiful Splendor), and will play them whenever I need a "quick fix." But I recommend the album as a whole, as it is more than the sum of its parts. As the album proceeds, I feel more calm and uplifted. By the time the album ends, I feel completely at peace, and my soul is soaring. While I do not use this music for formal meditation, for me, listening to it - whether actively or in the background - is meditation itself. I am left with inner silence, and a feeling of pure joy. Wow.
very relaxing
I only bought a few songs off the album, but they are wonderful. It is perfect music for spending the evening in.
