Not Really a Follow-Up...

This album doesn't come off as really a follow up to their 2008 release "Down by The Pacific," but more like a continued effort of the their original album with reworking some great tunes from that album, as well as the addition of 6 new tracks. The new versions of the old songs are actually really good, especially with how they reworked the vocals, and added some background effects into the songs to make them sound a little more full. The new songs such as "Far Away from Here" and "Someday Maybe," are phenomenal.

If you're into bands like Postal Service, Intramural, Freelance Whales, or anything mixing rock, electronic, hip-hop, and hints of emo (not today emo, but more like bands like Far) you're in for a real treat. Hoping these guys blow up this year.
