iTunes Review
Spurred on by the high-intensity innovations of N.W.A. and Public Enemy, EPMD upped the voltage for their third album, Business As Usual. Rap was entering a new decade, the stakes had been raised, and the Brentwood, New York-based innovators were obviously eager to prove their mettle against the up-and-comers. The first four songs form an all-out assault. “I’m Mad,” “Hardcore,” “Rampage” and “Manslaughter” show an angrier and tougher EPMD, although the songs always remained rooted in the duo’s love for lopsided funk loops. The combination of rage and groove is devastating. Business As Usual retains everything that was great about the old EPMD, and injects it with a newfound fury. Think back — did 1991 give us anything funkier than “Underground” and “Give the People”? Meaner than “Rap Is Outta Control”? More unusual-sounding than “Brothers On My Jock”? Business As Usual is not only the most underrated album in EPMD’s catalog — it’s easily one of the most underrated rap albums of the decade.

Whut? Thee - Get the Bozack
You slept on this one reviewer. This is the best EPMD record ever. The lyrics are dope, the funk samples are catchy and the tag team rappin is like the old days of Run DMC. The earlier records were good but always had those one or 2 songs you just skip (Its time to party, you over did it homes...). I can listen to every single track over and over on this record, even 12 years later. They never get old. This record has EPMD and redman at their best before they started falling off.
Business As Usual
Man, the problem with some of these dudes is that EPMD was before their time and they are only used to bubble gum and nursery rhyme rappers whose lyrics is straight grabage. EMPD is the joint and this cd not only proved that this group had great staying power but they were the shy***! You get my drift!
What the Puck!!!! Where's the Respect
EPMD only has 1 person writting about them?... now I know for sure that the game is done... grab the album... it's a puckin classic... your favorite rapper- favorite rapper was inspired by the great EPMD...this 2 man duo music is consistently bit off by up and comming rappers as well as mainstream artist.. man.......just git the album and be school'd
