Album Review
2011’s historical/fantasy/television drama Camelot, which was based around the Arthurian legend and promised to "redefine the classic medieval tale of King Arthur,” featured music composed by brothers Mychael and Jeff Danna, both of whom shared a pedigree that was equally steeped in contemporary and traditional folk and classical music. Similar in tone and scope to Trevor Morris' Emmy-winning score for the Showtime TV series The Tudors, the Danna siblings blended early music with the lush orchestrations of modern-day film composition, resulting in a deeply atmospheric, Celtic, and new age-inspired collection of music that managed to hold up extremely well on its own.

Amazing!
I really love this album. The Danna's music really brings this series to life. This score has everything: beautiful lush string melodies, haunting vocals, exotic instruments, intense action. Of the many period dramas that have come out on cable recently, Camelot has the best music by far.
Love all of it!
Great series to be born out of STARZ. Totally exceeds my expectations!!!!!!!
