Excellence As Usual
Another amazing song by the most underated musicians in history. It is really sad that their talents are discounted because they make a stand for what they believe in. I hope they they can garner some overdue recognition when the full cd is released. As far as the song is concerned the guitars were amazing, Michael Sweet's vocals were very good (I was hoping that He would take a little more liberty and really go all out on it, instead of keeping more to the original.) The bass was great. I was a little dissappointed with the mix on the drums, again I was wanting a huge sound for the drums, but the low-end was a little muted. Still, over-all an excellent cover!

No one compares to Stryper! These guys are amazing! This cover is just the tip of the iceberg...I can't wait for the rest of the new album coming in Feb! The Mesa Boogie tone just melts your face off like the glory days! The vocals are spot on and the "Visual Timekeeper" adds the usual special touches! GET READY TO ROCK!!!!

This band was made to do this song. Only Michael Sweet could pull this off. Not too many 80's rock bands can be this fresh and powerful today . . . Stryper can.
