I can't Phil much at all. I need to touch. I want to love.
Paris Hilton taught us that stars are blind, but Putnam's sophisticated life speaks through these epic variations and interludes with poignant severity and tangible vision, one little step at a time. I'm no prize, but this album is, and I can't let it go. Most of my records slip away into the little space between the center console and passenger seat of my van, but this one is here to stay. In the midst of this forlorn and disappearing world where dancing down your demons is commonplace, and the sacrifice of kittens is widespread, I ache for nothing more than this: to listen to this record 24 hours a day. Goodnight, my devil.

Phil Putnam's singer/songwriter entertainment quality outshines many of the current pop artists of today. This is an album that is meant to be listened to repeatedly and constantly enjoyed.
