A much needed unique and soothing voice in a chaotic world
Wonderful close harmonies on her duets, and great re-makes of excellent songs help make this album a must-have for Folk and country fans... and fans of great music too. I am normally not a "country" fan, but this album leans more toward Folk, and it is amazing. Cathy-Anne McClintock's voice is unique enough to stand out in a crowded musical field. I recommend the whole album, but if you need some tracks to start with, go for her duets "I Wanna Live Like That," "No Matter What," and "Treat His Children Kind." They are filled with the harmonies that make me close my eyes and smile.
Wonderful song writiing, brilliantly executed
A breathe of fresh air hits the Folk-Americana genre. Cathy-Anne has an angelic voice and her songs are fun, fresh, and easy to listen to. This project is simply a "must add" to your library if you enjoy Americana and Folk with a pinch of Country and Pop.
