After listening to this CD a multitude of times I can truly say its amazing in content, in passion, in witty humor and performed by very amazing talent. If you haven't already done so, please give yourself a treat and listen to this wonderful compilation of music. Scott Evan Davis is an incredible new composer and pours his heart and soul into each and every song. You won't be disappointed. The CD is available in hard copy through Sonic Landscapes, thru ITunes and on CDbaby. It's truly worth the purchase.

I have been listening to this CD since I received it 5 days ago. I loved it so much I downloaded it as soon as Itunes had it available. I have listened to nothing else since downloading it to my itouch. The songs on this CD are fantastic. I can't stop listening. Many of the songs are written with heart in hand and have a lot of meaning within them. Scott has assembled some of the finest talent around to perform his songs. There is something for everyone on this CD. I recommend to anyone who likes to discover "new talent" check out "Cautiously Optimistic" by Scott Evan Davis. I am sure you will agree this CD is "Awesome"! I look forward to future CD's by Scott Evan Davis

"Cautiously Optimistic" the music of Scott Evan Davis is a recently released cd made available by Sonic Landscapes Music (BMI). If you have not yet heard the name Scott Evan Davis then you need to jump on the "bandwagon" now so that you can say that you have been listening to his music from the beginning. You may not know him now, but you will certainly be hearing the name of Scott Evan Davis for years to come. The music and lyrics on the cd "Cautiously Optimistic" are all written by Davis and is fresh and stunning to the listener. Although there are some excellent up tempo and comedic songs on the cd, Davis excels in the writing of ballads. The heartfelt emotions come streaming through the music and lyrics as if reaching directly into Davis' soul. You cannot help but find yourself wandering to a "different place" a place that makes the listener ponder their own life experiences. Davis has assembled an inrcredibly talented group of singers that seem to be on the same incredible journey as the composer.
Give yourself a real treat and purchase the cd or by download from itunes. You will listen to each song over and over again and find yourself traveling on a journey of emotions which is called life.
