Chakra Chants
I love how the music really helps you breathe along with a chakra meditation. It's perfect!
Best Chakra Album Ever!!
What makes the difference is the slow, steady rhythm in the background. It really helps calm my heartbeat. The nature sounds are pleasant, but the main focus is the chanting. I haven't found a better chakra album yet, and I never get tired of listening to it.
Definitely worth every penny
If you need to decompress, recharge, and restore your energy, this is exactly what you need. I wasn't 100% sold on sound healing, but after listening to this, and feeling vibrations throughout my entire body, I am definitely a believer now. It's hard for me to describe the experience, as it was definitely one-of-a-kind. I will no doubt be investing in more of Goldman's work.
