The Blessing of Birth after Labor Pains! A Masterpiece!

No one paid attention to how many times she pushed to deliver this album. Syleena Johnson pushed 4 times. Each time for each Chapter of her albums. What a beautiful Masterpiece cuz! My favorites are "Be Me", which gets my eyes watery everytime I listen to it. "Shoo Fly", "Labor Pains", "Freedom", "Personal Trainer" and the one that I put on repeat is "Go Home". People are so sleep on Syleena Johnson and need to spread the word that R&B's Best Kept Secret is being told and will be a secret no more in 2009.

I gotta say this I mean I can't take it. UUH so what she has ONE song with auto tune. IF YOU LISTEN TO ALL OF THE SONGS you will see they are not the average every day mess we have been hearing lately. She seems to be doing her, and IF you are a TRUE Syleena Fan, you would know that.ANYWAY, people should be able to do what they want. Musicians should be able to branch out. The idea is to do something for everyone, and this album to ME says that. EVERYBODY is not gonna like evry song but onwhat album do you? Sure u start off liking every song onsome rare albums like her 2nd one which is my favorite, however, you STILL end up skipping. Thats just the way it is. I think it's sick that someone would give her ONE star cuz of ONE auto tune song. WOW, where is the loyalty? and at the end of the day, those same listeners will STILL be listening and jammin to the oher songs secretly. It mind boggles me how someone can write a review so mean and not even state the facts. Hey, buy this album if you love music, cuz that is what this album is. GREAT MUSIC ON ALL LEVELS. Something for everyone. Hey, I don't care for "It is true" or Maury Povich, but I am in love with "be Me", "freedom"( a song with substance that they said she didn't have which is crazy), and all of the sexy songs oh and labor pains is hot! lyrically it's deep. So cop it, its worth every dime, and she doesn't haveto sell it for 7.99 to gain sells!! cuz it's really worth more than 10!PEACE

SJ has an amazing voice - ppl are sleeping on her....

I couldn't wait until this album dropped. I also pre-ordered it on Amazon so I could have a copy in my car and in hand ;-) I just love Syleena Johnson's music - it speaks to my soul. Her voice is angelic. I'm glad she's on her own label now - let's help her as fans make it to the TOP! Put that on your resolution list for 2009 - SUPPORT AND PASS THE WORD ABOUT SJ!!
