Better, but still not great
by stephanieyansunThis album is definitely an improvement from his first album. The songs are better (well, they're classics), his voice is smoother, and he enunciates better. However, it's very dry and predictable, something David has always been.
The traditional songs on this album are good, such as Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas (IMO the best), Joy To the World, and Silent Night. However, the not-so-traditional songs such as Riu Riu Chiu, Melodies of Christmas and Pat-A-Pan are not so great.
All in all, I think this album is definitely worth the buy, but there might be some songs that aren't so great.
